General Admission Process

• It is important to mention that in order to accept pets, this must be specified at the time of booking, indicating the size and breed of the pet.
• We warmly welcome domestic dogs and cats weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs).
• The Reservations Department will inform the guest about the regulations, send a copy of the policy, and enter the pet’s information (breed, weight, etc.) into the system.
• Only one pet per room is allowed.
• Pets showing signs of poor health or contagious diseases will not be admitted.
• Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and parasites.
• Exceptions must be consulted with General Management.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to dogs of breeds considered "potentially dangerous."

Rates

• Daily pet fee: $ 990 MXN per night.
• A liability waiver must be signed, and a refundable security deposit of $ 2,000 MXN will be requested at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if there is no damage or breach of policy.

Requirements and Documentation

• Confirmation Letter: You must present your reservation confirmation at check-in, which includes your pet’s details, and proceed with registration for access to the facilities.

• Vaccinations: It is essential that your pet has all legally required vaccinations up to date and that you present a current vaccination record. Additionally, you must be prepared to provide a certificate from a licensed veterinarian as proof of updated vaccinations at any time upon request.

• Bring a rigid pet crate for the room. The crate must contain absorbent materials or sanitary litter to neutralize odors.

• Spill-proof containers for pet food must be provided.

• Leashes: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public hotel areas and must always be supervised by their owner or a designated person.

• Identification Tags: Every pet must wear identification tags at all times.

• Hygiene Supplies: Guests must bring hygiene items for their pets, such as towels, beds, sanitary bags, etc.
