Pet-Friendly Program

At Sunset Plaza Beach Resort, we have established specific rules and conditions to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for you and your pet. Please review our pet accommodation policies before your arrival.

  • During your stay, you will receive two bowls for feeding your pet. Please note that pet food is not included, and the cleaning of these bowls is not provided. It is strictly forbidden to take food from our dining outlets to feed your pet.
  • We kindly ask our guests to display the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign to alert housekeeping staff about the presence of a pet in the room. If you require housekeeping service, we request that you either schedule it in advance and remain in the room during the cleaning or temporarily remove your pet before staff enters.
  • Special cleaning due to pets will incur an additional fee.
  • In case of accidents, guests must immediately inform the front desk so proper cleaning can be arranged.
  • Pets are not allowed on the hotel's bedding, sofas, or chairs.
  • In common areas, you’ll find specially designated spaces for pets. For certain breeds, the use of a muzzle may be required.

There is a designated area for dog activities located next to the tennis court.

  • Pets are not allowed in areas where food and/or beverages are served, such as restaurants, pools, jacuzzis, spa, gym, etc.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the room and throughout the property.
  • Guests are fully liable for any personal injuries and/or property damage caused by their pet. All costs resulting from such incidents must be settled prior to check-out.
  • We reserve the right to require the immediate removal of any pet displaying aggressive or unacceptable behavior or violating the hotel’s regulations.
  • Should your pet bite a person or another pet despite all precautions, you will be required to immediately accompany them to the hospital and present the aggressor pet’s vaccination record. You must cover 100% of any medical expenses incurred due to the injuries, and the pet must be removed from the property within 24 hours.
  • Always pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated trash bins.
  • Bathing pets inside the hotel or in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Upon check-out, the room will be inspected. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from your deposit. If costs exceed the deposit amount, additional charges will apply.
  • The hotel assumes no responsibility for illness, loss, or death of your pet.
  • Decisions regarding unauthorized pets are at the sole discretion of hotel management, and no exceptions will be made regarding policies or fees.
  • Wild animals, endangered species, or prohibited pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • A maximum of 3 pets is allowed on the property at any given time.
