Enjoy your experience at Sunset Plaza Beach Resort with full clarity about our policies! For any questions, our team is at your disposal.

1. Identification and Check-in / Check-out

Upon check-in, the guest must present:

• The same card used for payment.
• Valid official ID: INE for Mexican citizens; passport or residence permit for foreign guests.



Schedules:

• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 12:00 PM



Deposits and guarantees:

• An authorization attempt will be made to guarantee the reservation.
• If the charge is declined, our team will contact you for another payment method; if the guest cannot be reached, the reservation will be canceled.

2. Occupancy and Family Policy

The maximum occupancy of each room or suite varies according to its configuration.

Children 0–12 years old: special rates apply; the maximum age considered as a child is 12 years old.




Minor Identification:

• Mexicans: CURP or birth certificate.
• Foreigners: passport.
• Minors unaccompanied or with third parties: notarized authorization from both parents with stay dates and full details.
• Check-in will not be completed without complete documentation.

3. Payment Methods and Deposits

Rates subject to change without prior notice.

Advance payment is recommended to secure the rate.

The cardholder must be present upon arrival and show the original physical card.

4. Smoking Policy

Sunset Plaza Beach Resort is 100% smoke-free in rooms and common areas (lobby, restaurants, spa, hallways, etc.).

Designated smoking areas are available.

$250 USD penalty for cleaning and reconditioning.

5. Kids Club and Included Services

The Kids Club includes access to the children's pool, mini golf, video games, and recreational activities.

Activities and services are adapted according to the number of children staying.

6. All-Inclusive Plan

Includes unlimited food and beverages at restaurants and room service (15% service fee not included).

7. Parking and Additional Services

24-hour parking: exclusive for cars; motorcycles, buggies, ATVs, etc. are not permitted.

24-hour Room Service: included in your all-inclusive plan (15% service fee not included).

Extra Adult/Child: subject to rate and availability.

Crib: free, subject to availability.

Early departure: unused nights are non-refundable.

8. Beach and Ocean Notice

The beach and ocean belong to a federal zone; Sunset Plaza Beach Resort assumes no responsibility for activities or incidents in this area.

Beach services are provided as a courtesy and do not generate legal responsibility.

Water activities are at the guest’s own risk; caution is advised.

9. Spa Policies

Spa services have an additional cost and require prior reservation.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to ensure punctuality.

10. Pet Policy

We accept pets under certain restrictions. We invite you to consult our Pet Friendly Program.

11. Group Reservations

5 rooms or more are considered group reservations.

The hotel will coordinate deposit and cancellation conditions with the guest or agency.

If the deposit is not made as agreed, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

12. Cancellation Policies
