The rooms are so clean and the staff is so amazing with their top tier service! The snack bar is always full with the best warm bakery options even coffee and tea for a nice relaxing day! Highly recommend to reserve at Luciano’s, overall amazing food!
Our room was so comfortable. Perfect huge balcony with amazing view. Would certainly go back.
From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and a cold cloth to refresh ourselves. The check in was seamless and we were quickly escorted to our room by Miguel who was extremely helpful. Miguel would greet us each day and ask if he could assist with anything. He was so great. All the staff were amazing and so ready to help. A special shout out to Miguel and also Raul who was always checking to see if we had everything we needed and to Gabriel who was the best server at the pool.
They set up a buffet and tables by the pool on two occasions and had entertainment. So enjoyable. This is not a party place so if you are looking for night life this is not the place. If you just want great food and service and great people along with relaxation this is it.
