We are thrilled that you have chosen our hotel for your upcoming stay. We would like to inform you about an important official requirement that you must comply with before your arrival date.
 

It is mandatory to present identification for all minors accompanying you during your stay. For Mexican citizens, the accepted identification can be the CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) or the birth certificate of the minor. For international travelers, the passport of the minor must be presented.
 

Minors traveling alone or accompanied by a guardian or relatives who are "NOT" their parents are required to present the following at the Front Desk:

-Original notarized permission letter signed by both parents, stating the following:

-Dates of stay.

-Name of the hotel.

-Names of the minor's parents with identification numbers.

-Name of the minor with identification number.

-Name of the person authorized to stay with the minor, along with their identification number.

This measure is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and aligns with the current regulations established by the authorities.

Unfortunately, without the proper identification of minors, we will not be able to complete the check-in process.

We remind you that according to national tobacco control laws, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common or public areas.

If you are caught smoking, you will be charged USD 250 for cleaning and reconditioning the room. We have assigned areas for smoking.

Check-out time before 12 p.m.
