Esta es la segunda vez que vamos a Sunset Plaza! Hemos hecho el todo incluido en ambas ocasiones, y recomendaría 10 / 10. El personal es amable y no duda en hacer todo lo posible para ayudar y ofrecer servicios.
Es un lugar muy cómodo, donde puedes relajarte. Habitaciones cómodas, súper agusto para descansar. Estamos programando regresar pronto.
Muy confortable nuestra estancia en Sunset Plaza. La comida tenía muy buen sabor, incluyen menú de comida sana me encantó. Es un hotel pequeño muy cómodo, conoces al personal súper rápido. Estuvimos 5 noches. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcón al mar.
Muy buena experiencia, excelente servicio, el personal muy amable, la comida en sus restaurantes de buen sabor, gran vista al mar desde la habitación. Muy buena opción para hospedarse en Puerto Vallarta. Ideal para ir en pareja o en familia en plan de descanso.
We’ve stayed in many resorts, but Sunset Plaza stands out. Our kids never wanted to leave the Kids Club and we finally got time to relax. Already planning our return!
Everything was very good, it's clean and cozy, the room was big and tidy, also the maid went every day to clean it. The room has a jacuzzi and kitchen. My family and I love it. We'd like to go to nex summer. The hotel is near of the downtown, 15 min aprox in car. The Uber is more expensive than Didi's app but I recomended to use the bus, $10 mx adult and $5mx kid.
This is the second time we have gone to Sunset Plaza! We've done the all inclusive both times, and would 10/10 recommend. Staff are all friendly and do not hesitate to go out of their way to help and offer services. You can tell they enjoy working for this resort, and it was awesome to see all our favorite employees/servers still here after two years since our last visit. Food is excellent, several restaurants so you never get tired of the food.
We went to Sunset plaza end of April. It’s a lovely place to stay. All the rooms are oceanfront and we had a beautiful balcony with loungers to have breakfast and hear and see the ocean. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Room service was excellent and prompt. It’s a small resort but has everything you need.
