We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort! All of the rooms are ocean facing which made for some great views watching the sunsets. The service is exceptional - all staff were very attentive and generally seemed happy. The food was also good - lots of different options to chose from at the restaurants and we were pleased with each meal. The rooms are on the older side, but are acceptable and clean.

A beautiful experience at an amazing resort

We had the most amazing time at Sunset Beach, from arriving and being able to watch The Denver Broncos playoff game in the bar to our beautiful suite. It was clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. The food at the restaurants was good and occasionally we stopped for a pizza at their little pizzeria. It’s centrally located, the beach and pool areas were great for sunbathing and it was just overall a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Mario. Mario, you ROCK!! Thank you, friend. We just stayed for 10 nights and already miss the staff and friends we made at the pool. The rooms are huge, clean, and well appointed. The new restaurant just opened and was so great to have our favorite wait staff, Daniel and Alith at dinner. The Mirador for breakfast is always good. The wait staff there is like family. The butlers go way out of their way to accommodate you, especially Mario and Nicholas oh and also Rueben and Epi. All the Pool staff work really hard and are wonderful! Each room has a great view of the Bay. Raul at Aqua Aerobics is so fun and great exercise. I love the morning stretch classes too!

Fuí a festejar mi cumpleaños el 2 de febrero en familia y la actitud de todo el personal siempre te hace sentir como si fueras la persona mas especial de todo el hotel.
En cuanto a alimentos tienen una calidad excelente gran variedad y todo muy rico las bebidas igual una gran variedad. 200% recomendable

Hemos tenido una gran experiencia en este complejo a principios de diciembre de 2025. Desde el momento en que nos registramos hasta nuestra salida. El personal es muy amable, fluido en inglés y muy dispuesto a complacer. No tenemos reseñas negativas.
Un agradecimiento especial a: José Carmen Gómez, Yoselin Sánchez, Héctor de la Cruz, Luis Alberto Macedo, Patti Martínez, Gerardo Neroy Tellez. Vanessa Ruiz López, German Ocampo e Itzel Andvade Plares y todos los demás que hicieron nuestra estancia más agradable. Totalmente recomiendo este complejo. Se están expandiendo y no pueden esperar a ver las mejoras en el nuevo edificio.
